We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our dynamic team in Akron. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial buildings, ensuring they meet the needs and budget of our clients. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand their requirements for commercial buildings
- Develop high-quality design plans that meet building codes, zoning laws, and client specifications
- Create detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the project to resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Conduct site visits to inspect construction progress and provide guidance to contractors as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction processes
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various professionals
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
