Contract Architecture Manager in Braga, Portugal



We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architecture Manager to join our team in Braga, Portugal on a contract basis. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of buildings and structures, ensuring that they meet all necessary regulations and standards. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of architectural projects from conceptual design to completion
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review and approve architectural plans and specifications
- Provide technical guidance to architects and other team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members
- Prior experience in architecture management preferred but not required
