We are searching for a motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our team in La-Condamine, Monaco. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees to ensure successful completion of projects. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of employees
- Develop project plans and delegate tasks to team members
- Monitor progress and provide guidance and support when needed
- Ensure project deadlines are met
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Teamlead or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with project management software
- Biometric passport required

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
