As a seasonal concierge in Faro, Portugal, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Your responsibilities will include assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures, making reservations for local activities and restaurants, and providing recommendations for places to visit in the area. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area, as well as handling any guest inquiries or complaints.

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred. As this is a seasonal position, flexibility with scheduling is required.
