Job Title: IT Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Fonvieille. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's technology infrastructure, ensuring its smooth operation and strategic development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of our systems
- Manage and monitor all network operations, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Oversee the maintenance, updating, and upgrading of hardware and software systems
- Plan and execute IT projects to meet business needs, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Stay informed about new technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement in our systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with proven track record of successful IT management
- Strong knowledge of network administration, data management, cybersecurity protocols, and project management principles
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals with excellent leadership skills
- Ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex technical problems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Salary: $1400 per month
