Restaurant Manager for Popular Seafront Restaurant in Faroe-Islands

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team at a popular seafront restaurant in Faroe-Islands. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including food and beverage service, customer satisfaction, staff management, and financial performance.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's day-to-day operations
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction by maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and minimize costs
- Recruit, train, schedule, and manage a team of servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and other employees
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the executive chef to create seasonal menus and specials
- Manage budgets, financial reports, and payroll

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of excellent customer service skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month with accommodation provided. Biometric passport is required for this position. This is an urgent job opening so candidates who are available immediately will be given preference.
