Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations and ensuring the smooth running of our restaurant in Faroe-Islands. You will be in charge of managing the staff, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory. Your main goal will be to provide excellent customer service and maximize profits while maintaining a high level of quality in our food and services. We are looking for someone with experience in the restaurant industry who is organized, detail-oriented, and has strong leadership skills. This is an urgent position that requires immediate availability.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations
- Manage and train staff members
- Create work schedules and ensure proper staffing levels
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Develop strategies to increase sales and improve profitability
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items or specials

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant management best practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Must be fluent in English (knowledge of Faroese language is a plus)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this position.

This job is located in Faroe Islands, but we welcome candidates from all nationalities.
