Job Title: Civil Engineer - Structural Design Specialist

We are a leading engineering firm in Horsens, Denmark looking for a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer with expertise in structural design. Our ideal candidate is knowledgeable in all stages of the design process and is able to provide innovative solutions to complex structural challenges. As our Structural Design Specialist, you will work closely with our team of engineers and architects to develop cost-effective and sustainable designs for a variety of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting site visits and surveys to gather information for designs
- Analyzing survey reports, maps, and other data to plan projects
- Creating detailed designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Calculating the loads and stresses on different parts of the structure
- Collaborating with architects, construction teams, and other professionals to ensure design feasibility
- Providing technical advice on materials, construction processes, and structural issues
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Preparing detailed reports on project progress and budget estimates

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in structural design
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Effective communication skills
