Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist


As an Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to clients and customers regarding hardware, software, and network issues. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all computer systems are functioning efficiently and effectively. This role requires a strong understanding of computer systems and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients and customers via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems, peripherals, and software
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and reported issues
- Collaborate with team members to identify recurring problems and implement solutions
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and industry developments
- Ensure security measures are implemented on all systems
- Train clients on proper use of computer systems and software

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical individuals
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 1100$
