Contract Construction Manager - Dar Kulaib, Bahrain


We are in search of an experienced and dynamic Construction Manager to oversee our various construction projects in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain. As a Contract Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire construction process from planning and budgeting to execution and final completion. Your role will also involve coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in coordination with clients and stakeholders
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Monitor progress and ensure that projects are on track within budget and schedule
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations on construction sites
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress, quality control, and address any issues that may arise
- Prepare regular progress reports for clients and stakeholders
- Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, permits, etc.
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors in order to obtain cost-effective solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods
- Familiarity with construction software programs such as AutoCAD or Primavera P6 is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively manage a team of contractors and subcontractors
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Understanding of safety standards and procedures
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this contract position.
