We are currently searching for a skilled and motivated Merchandiser to join our team in Isa Town. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted in a visually appealing and organized manner, while also maintaining adequate stock levels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective merchandising strategies
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and competitor products
- Create eye-catching displays to attract customers and increase sales
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking
- Maintain product placement according to company standards and planograms
- Train sales staff on product features and benefits
- Track and analyze sales data, making recommendations for improvement
- Build strong relationships with store managers to negotiate prime product placement

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and best practices
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field is preferred
