Indian Chef in Mauren

We are looking for an Indian Chef to join our team in Mauren. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing authentic Indian dishes for our restaurant. Your main duties will include cooking and presenting food, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and ensuring kitchen hygiene and safety standards are met.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong passion for Indian cuisine and at least 2 years of experience working as a chef in a professional kitchen. You should also have excellent knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques. Fluency in English is required, as you will need to communicate with team members and customers.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Indian dishes
- Ensure the quality of the food meets our standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Train new kitchen staff on recipes and techniques
- Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Collaborate with other team members to create new menu items

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Chef or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Indian cuisine, spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work well in a team
