Chef de Cuisine - Nepali Cuisine

We are in search of a talented and experienced Chef de Cuisine who specializes in Nepali cuisine to lead our kitchen team in Mauren. As the Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for creating and overseeing the menu, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring high-quality food is served to our guests. You should have a strong understanding of traditional Nepali cooking techniques and be able to incorporate modern twists to create unique and delicious dishes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a creative menu featuring traditional Nepali dishes
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Train and manage kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality standards
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean kitchen environment
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or promotions featuring Nepali cuisine

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Chef de Cuisine, preferably specializing in Nepali cuisine
- Strong knowledge of traditional Nepali ingredients, spices, and cooking methods
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to work well under pressure
- High level of creativity and passion for creating delicious dishes
- Good communication skills in English (Nepali language skills preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month for this full-time position. Benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and meal discounts are also available.
