Concierge Assistant (Indian Nationals Preferred)



An exclusive resort in Mauren is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Concierge Assistant to join our team. As a Concierge Assistant, you will work closely with the Concierge Manager to provide exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival with check-in and luggage handling
- Provide personalized recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities
- Arrange transportation for guests, including airport transfers and rental cars
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, and other events
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of local area and events to assist guests with their needs
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred due to language proficiency and cultural understanding
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with diverse individuals
- Must have own visa or eligibility to work in Mauren without sponsorship

Working Conditions:
This is a temporary position with the potential for permanent employment. Accommodation is not provided. This position is open to both men and women.

Salary:
Starting salary of $1300 per month with potential for growth based on performance.
