We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated Concrete Laborer to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As a Concrete Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete structures. This is a great opportunity for someone without experience looking to start a career in construction.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of work sites by clearing debris and setting up scaffolding
- Pour concrete into designated areas using various tools and equipment
- Smooth and level concrete surfaces using trowels and other hand tools
- Operate power tools such as jackhammers and concrete saws
- Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Clean and maintain all tools and equipment used on job sites

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, but previous construction or labor experience is preferred
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions from supervisors
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to concrete work
- Must have valid visa sponsorship or be eligible to work in Funchal
