Administrator - Porto, Portugal
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office systems, including filing systems, data management, and document organization
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies when needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Respond to inquiries from clients or customers in a timely manner
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: 1100$ per month with accommodation provided.
Location: This position is based in Porto, Portugal.
