Administrative Assistant
We are in need of a competent and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As an Administrative Assistant, you will support our daily office operations and provide administrative assistance to our team. Your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Create and maintain organizational systems for filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings for the team
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Support HR with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and other external parties
- Assist with special projects or events as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Understanding of confidentiality principles
- Fluent in Portuguese (both written and spoken)
Salary: 1400$ per month. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided.
