Handyman - Maintenance and Repair Specialist



As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in both residential and commercial properties in Oslo. Your main duties will include plumbing, electrical work, painting, carpentry, and general upkeep of buildings and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine inspections of premises and identifying any maintenance or repair needs
- Repairing or replacing fixtures, appliances, and equipment such as light bulbs, faucets, switches, etc.
- Troubleshooting electrical issues and fixing them in a timely manner
- Painting walls, ceilings, doors, and other surfaces as needed
- Installing new features or upgrades to existing structures
- Maintaining heating and cooling systems to ensure proper functioning
- Responding to emergency maintenance requests from tenants or management
- Keeping accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Ensuring all safety protocols are followed while completing tasks

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting techniques and general repair procedures
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail with good time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
