Architectural Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Os, a vibrant city known for its beautiful architecture. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating designs and plans for various construction projects, including residential and commercial buildings. Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using CAD software
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for designs
- Prepare design proposals, including conceptual sketches and presentations
- Work closely with engineers and contractors to ensure the feasibility of designs
- Make necessary revisions based on feedback from clients, engineers, or contractors
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$ per month.
