As a team lead in our company, you will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of employees to ensure the successful completion of projects. You will be required to use your strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire your team, as well as provide guidance and support when needed. Your main goal will be to drive the team towards meeting project goals and deadlines while maintaining a positive work environment.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Able to work efficiently under pressure
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Fluent in English (Danish proficiency is a plus)

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the team, including assigning tasks and setting deadlines
- Conduct regular team meetings to provide updates, address concerns, and gather feedback
- Monitor the progress of projects and ensure timely delivery
- Develop strategies to improve team performance
- Provide coaching and training for team members when necessary
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Evaluate individual performance within the team and provide feedback for improvement
- Report directly to upper management on project status
