IT Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Moscow. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees with computer systems, hardware, and software. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our company's technology infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network related issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Perform regular maintenance on computer systems to ensure optimal performance
- Set up new user accounts and assist with password resets
- Monitor network activity and perform necessary updates and backups
- Educate employees on proper computer usage and troubleshooting techniques
- Keep track of inventory for all hardware, software, and equipment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills

Salary: 1500$
