Office Manager

We are in need of an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Porto. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring efficiency and productivity. Your main duties will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings and appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies and equipment. The ideal candidate should have a biometric passport as this may be required for travel purposes.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. The successful candidate will also possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and be able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. If you are a proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude and the ability to work well under pressure, we encourage you to apply for this position.
