Junior Construction Manager

As a Junior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination and execution of construction projects in Faro, Portugal. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1500$. We are looking for someone with a passion for the construction industry and a willingness to learn. No prior experience is required, but basic knowledge of construction processes and terminology is preferred. The ideal candidate should have their own visa to work in Portugal.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating project plans and schedules
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses and progress reports
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (or currently pursuing)
- Basic knowledge of construction processes and terminology
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid visa to work in Portugal
