Architectural Designer


We are seeking an experienced and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and planning building projects, from concept to completion. Your role will involve collaborating with clients and other professionals to create functional, aesthetically pleasing and sustainable designs.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit or other design software
- Develop design concepts based on client needs and budget constraints
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess the feasibility of proposed designs
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors and other professionals to ensure a smooth project delivery
- Prepare cost estimates, schedules and project proposals
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, regulations and safety standards
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, techniques and technology advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven work experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit or other design software
- Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods and sustainability principles
- Ability to think creatively and solve complex problems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this full-time position. Accommodation can also be provided for the right candidate.

Location:
This position is based in Almada, Portugal. Candidates must have a valid biometric passport for international travel.
