Junior Surveyor



Our company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Surveyor to join our team in Almada. As a Junior Surveyor, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data related to land, buildings, and other structures. This is a contract job with visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting on-site surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Collecting data on land features, boundaries, and structures
- Analyzing survey data to create maps, plans, and reports
- Assisting senior surveyors with project planning and management
- Ensuring accuracy and precision in all survey measurements
- Communicating with clients to understand project requirements
- Maintaining survey equipment and ensuring its proper functioning

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Geomatics or related field preferred
- No previous experience required but some knowledge of surveying techniques is a plus
- Strong mathematical skills for calculations and analysis of data
- Proficiency in the use of surveying equipment and software such as AutoCAD
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and colleagues

Salary: $1600/month (negotiable based on experience)
