Administrative Assistant
City: Almada, Portugal
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office manager and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing and maintaining files
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings for the office manager
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Maintain a tidy and professional office environment
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office administrator is preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one is required
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this contract position. Please note that accommodation is not provided for this role.
