Executive Chef (Fonvieille, Monaco)


We are searching for a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a luxury hotel in the beautiful city of Fonvieille, Monaco. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create innovative menus that meet the needs and preferences of our guests
- Manage food costs and inventory to ensure profitability
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality and consistency
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including cooking techniques, portion control, and plating presentation
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience/training preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team
- Proven track record of creating successful menus with a focus on quality ingredients
- Knowledge of international cuisine is an asset
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)
