Administrative Assistant
As an administrative assistant in our company located in Dar Kulaib, you will provide support to our team and ensure the efficient operation of the office. Your main responsibilities will include managing office supplies, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining records. You will also be responsible for answering phone calls and emails, as well as handling any other general administrative tasks that may arise.
We are looking for a proactive and organized individual who is able to multitask and work independently. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail is essential in this role as you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records.
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month on a contract basis. Please note that previous experience in an office environment is not required; however, it would be considered an asset. We are also open to candidates of any nationality or location; however, the ability to speak English fluently is preferred.
As this is a contract position, accommodation will not be provided. Therefore, we are seeking a candidate who already resides in Dar Kulaib or is willing to relocate at their own expense.
