Preservation Architect


We are seeking a skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Clairvaux. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures. This includes conducting thorough assessments, creating preservation plans, and overseeing restoration projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in preservation architecture
- Knowledge of historical building materials and construction techniques
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and project management abilities

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site inspections and assessments of historical buildings
- Develop preservation plans that adhere to conservation standards and guidelines
- Collaborate with other architects, engineers, and contractors on restoration projects
- Monitor progress of restoration work to ensure adherence to plans and budget
- Advise clients on maintenance strategies for preserving historical buildings

This is a contract job with a salary of $1100 per month. We offer free visa sponsorship and transportation to Clairvaux for non-local candidates.
