Office Manager
We are hiring an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. This position is suitable for men and does not require English proficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and organizing office supplies
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries or redirecting them to the appropriate person
- Maintain and update employee records including attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations
- Assist with recruitment processes by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings
- Manage office budgets and expenses, keeping track of invoices and reconciling accounts
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure cohesive workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with company guidelines
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills with fluency in Hebrew (English proficiency is a plus)
- Attention to detail with a proactive approach towards problem-solving
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
