Hotel Sales Manager - Almada, Portugal
We are seeking a driven and motivated Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates for our hotel. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about the hospitality industry and has a strong sales background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other potential partners to generate business opportunities
- Monitor market trends and competition to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with potential clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure exceptional guest experience and efficient operations
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management review
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field
- Proven experience in hotel sales or related role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Salary: 1400$
Location: Almada, Portugal (preference for local candidates)
Employment type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
