Experienced Handyman for Property Maintenance in Monte-Carlo



We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on our properties. This is an ideal position for someone with experience in general maintenance and repair work.

Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
- Respond to repair requests from tenants and address any issues promptly
- Keep track of inventory and make necessary purchases for supplies and materials
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential maintenance issues and address them before they become major problems
- Communicate effectively with property managers and other team members to coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks
- Ensure that all work is completed to high-quality standards

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Skilled in basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus)
- Valid driver's license preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
