Architectural Designer

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Vejle. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and planning residential and commercial buildings, ensuring that they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to bring projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture and at least 3 years of experience in architectural design. Proficiency in CAD software is also required.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using CAD software
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Work closely with contractors to ensure designs are accurately executed during construction
- Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and techniques for building design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp)
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills for working with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings
