Executive Chef - Seasonal (Manama, Bahrain)



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team for a seasonal role in the vibrant city of Manama, Bahrain. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests are provided with exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement menus that reflect the local culture and cuisine, while also meeting the standards of our restaurant.
- Oversee all kitchen staff and ensure they are properly trained in food safety, preparation techniques, and menu items.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Monitor food costs and work with management to develop strategies to maximize profitability.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment at all times.
- Collaborate with front of house staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of meals.
- Ensure that all food is prepared according to standardized recipes and meet quality standards.
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns regarding food quality or service promptly and professionally.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of local cuisine as well as international culinary trends.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to uphold strict hygiene standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.
