Commercial Architect


We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Svalbard. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail stores, and manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial buildings
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects
- Oversee construction progress to ensure adherence to design plans
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project completion within budget and timeline
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to commercial building design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members

Salary: $1200 per month (part-time)
Location: Svalbard (accommodation not provided)
