Part-time Babysitter in Svalbard


We are seeking a responsible and experienced Babysitter to provide part-time childcare services in Svalbard. As a Babysitter, you will be responsible for the safety and well-being of children while their parents are away. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and has a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision and care for children aged 1-10 years old
- Prepare meals and snacks for the children
- Engage in age-appropriate activities with the children such as playtime, arts and crafts, and educational games
- Help with homework and school assignments
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for the children at all times
- Communicate with parents about their child's daily activities, progress, and any concerns

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Babysitter or similar role
- Must be at least 18 years old
- CPR and first aid certification preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English or Norwegian (preferred)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends or evenings if needed

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

This job is located in Svalbard, a unique archipelago located between Norway and the North Pole. The stunning Arctic landscapes make it an ideal location for outdoor activities like hiking, skiing, and dog sledding.
