Executive Chef
We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Oslo. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food and service for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain menus that reflect the restaurant's concept and appeal to a diverse clientele
- Oversee the hiring, training, and development of kitchen staff
- Implement and maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and sanitation
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper ordering of supplies
- Work closely with management to develop cost-effective menus while maintaining quality standards
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques, menu development, and cost control procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
