A reputable land surveying company in Greenland is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, analyzing data and creating maps using specialized equipment, and providing accurate reports to clients.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries using specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and drones
- Analyze data from surveys and create accurate maps using computer software
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide timely and accurate reports
- Perform research on historical records and land deeds to ensure accuracy of survey results
- Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers, architects, and environmental specialists on projects
- Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working condition
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and new technology in the field of land surveying

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Biometric passport for international travel (preferred)
- Proficient in using specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and drones
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and other professionals
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and codes related to land surveying

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Greenland (willingness to relocate preferred)
