Junior Commercial Architect

We are hiring a Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Ufa. As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and planning of commercial buildings and spaces. Your role will involve collaborating with senior architects, engineers, and clients to develop innovative and functional designs that meet project requirements and adhere to building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of commercial building designs from concept to completion
- Collaborate with senior architects, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements and develop design solutions
- Create detailed technical drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure design feasibility
- Research building codes, regulations, and materials to ensure compliance with standards
- Communicate project updates and progress to team members and clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in commercial architecture or a related field
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or a junior architect looking to gain experience in the commercial architecture industry.
