- Collaborate with other moderators to develop strategies for community growth and engagement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online moderation

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of online communities, forums, and social media platforms
- Ability to handle difficult or sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
- Proven experience in customer service or community management is preferred but not required
- Must have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
