We are in search of a highly skilled Moderator to join our team in Acre. As a Moderator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning and safety of our online community.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate online discussions, ensuring that they adhere to our community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and provide support as needed
- Investigate and take appropriate action on reported content or users
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community moderation
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement strategies for improving the overall user experience
- Maintain a positive and respectful tone in all interactions with users

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Familiarity with various social media platforms and their respective moderation tools
- Previous experience in community moderation or customer service is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position with flexible hours. We offer free visa sponsorship and flight ticket for candidates who require it. We welcome both experienced moderators and freshers looking to gain valuable skills in this field.
