Job Title: Civil Engineer - Contract Position in Washington, D.C.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team on a contract basis for a project in Washington, D.C. This position is specifically for Malayalees with a biometric passport, as the project requires specialized clearance. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in civil engineering and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards
- Prepare, review, and modify designs and plans for construction projects
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to develop comprehensive project plans
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Analyze data, perform calculations, and create reports to support project decisions
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in civil engineering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software
- Strong understanding of local building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.
