Architecture Manager

We are a leading architecture firm based in Funchal and we are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both architecture and management, with the ability to oversee projects and lead a team of architects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of architectural projects, including design, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
- Lead and manage a team of architects and ensure that project goals are met.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
- Review and approve architectural designs, drawings, and specifications.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in technology.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design or management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other architectural software.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
