Office Manager - Ajman, UAE
We are hiring an efficient and organized Office Manager to join our growing team in Ajman, UAE. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring smooth functioning of all administrative tasks. Your role will involve managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the office budget and expenses
- Supervise receptionist and other administrative staff
- Coordinate with suppliers for office maintenance and repairs
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Maintain employee records and assist with HR tasks
- Plan and organize company events or meetings
- Handle any issues or concerns that arise in the office
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
- Strong leadership and time management skills
Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Working hours: Full time
Language requirements: Fluency in English (Nepali language skills preferred but not required)
