Job Title: Merchandiser

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Merchandiser to join our team in the US. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for overseeing the buying and selling of products, ensuring that they are displayed and stocked properly, and analyzing sales data.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and delivery schedules
- Plan and execute product displays to attract customers and increase sales
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make strategic buying decisions
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotions and marketing strategies for products
- Coordinate with the store layout team to optimize product placement in stores
- Train new employees on merchandising techniques and standards

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in merchandising or retail buying
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Salary: $1400 per month
