Online Consultant - Part Time (Remote)

We are seeking a part-time Online Consultant to join our growing team. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to our clients through online communication channels. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Provide helpful and accurate information to address client inquiries and concerns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and procedures
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively assist clients

Requirements:
- Excellent written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to empathize and problem-solve
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with online communication tools such as email, chat, and social media platforms
- Must have access to a reliable internet connection

Location: This is a remote position, open to candidates based in Os or surrounding areas. Candidates must have their own valid visa.

Salary: $1200 per month (based on experience)
