- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for enhancing user engagement and improving the quality of content
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to online moderation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Familiarity with biometric passports is preferred but not required
- Fluency in Norwegian is preferred but not required

Salary:
As a contract position, the salary for this role will be 900$ per month. However, this may be negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
