Part-Time Moderator


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Moderator to join our team in Bergen. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining online forums, social media platforms, and other virtual communities to ensure that all content posted adheres to our company's guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate online forums, social media platforms, and other virtual communities
- Review user-generated content to ensure it adheres to our company's guidelines
- Respond promptly to any inappropriate or violating content reported by users
- Engage with community members in a professional and respectful manner
- Keep track of trends and issues within the community and report them to the team
- Assist with creating and implementing community guidelines

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience moderating online forums or social media platforms
- Excellent written communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively
- Familiarity with various social media platforms and their functions
- Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally and calmly
- Must be able to work independently and remotely

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. The salary for this position is $1000 per month. Our company does not provide accommodation or visa sponsorship for this role.
