Moderator for Online Community (Bergen, Norway)



We are a growing online community seeking a talented and dedicated Moderator to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our community is a safe and positive space for all members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor user activity and enforce community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and provide support as needed
- Identify and report any issues or concerns to the appropriate team members
- Encourage positive engagement and foster a sense of community among members
- Collaborate with team members to create engaging content for the community
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to constantly improve the community experience

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (Norwegian language skills are a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of online communities and their dynamics
- Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Previous experience moderating online communities is preferred but not required

We offer competitive salary of 1200$ per month along with accommodation in Bergen. We also provide visa sponsorship for non-Norwegian candidates.
