Computer Support Specialist

We are currently hiring for a full-time Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Fonvieille. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and maintaining network and server infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Install and configure computer systems according to client needs
- Maintain network and server infrastructure, ensuring uptime and security
- Assist with data backup and recovery processes
- Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvements
- Keep track of inventory of equipment and software licenses
- Train clients on how to use new technology or software applications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
- Previous experience in a technical support role preferred but not required
- Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical information in non-technical terms
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary: $1000 per month

Location: Fonvieille (although remote work may be possible)
